Use a project for one client, one case or one piece of recurring work. It keeps the chats, tasks and triggers together, with instructions and files that Temperate uses in all of them.

Create a project

Start

In the sidebar, select the plus beside Projects, then New project.

Name it

Fill in Name, and choose who sees it: Only you or everyone in the space.

Add a goal

Optionally, write one line about what the project is for, such as “File each client’s annual accounts before 1 July”. Then select Create project.

Work in a project

To start a chat, use the field on the project page, or pick the project under Work in a project in a new chat.

Who sees a project

A project is either Only you or shared with the space. Temperate learns nothing from an Only you project. You can share it later, but a shared project stays shared. Only the person who created a project can rename, share or delete it.

Delete a project

Open the menu at the top and select Delete project. Its instructions and files are deleted, and its chats stay.
