Where your data lives
Your organization picks a region when it starts, and your chats, files and answers stay in that region. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest.Who sees what
Guests see one space only: the tasks you give them and the files you share.
What the memory never keeps
Temperate never keeps national ID, passport or licence numbers, card numbers, the IBAN of a private person, passwords and keys, or personal tax numbers. It leaves sensitive personal data out of documents. A chat in a space can teach such facts, and people in the space can then see them, so use a private chat for those. When Temperate staff can read a chat
Only when you rate an answer down, so they can find out what went wrong. The dialog tells you before you send it.Delete chats automatically
Your organization can delete quiet chats after a set time. See Organization settings.Delete your account
Open Settings, Profile, and select Delete account. Until the day it’s deleted, you can sign in and select Keep my account. An owner with other people in the organization must remove them first.- After 7 days, your chats, your own agents, projects and knowledge, your own record in the memory and your photo are deleted.
- What you shared with a space stays, without your name.
- What colleagues said about you can stay in the memory, until someone who manages knowledge selects Forget everything about that person.
- An answer that already mentioned a fact about you stays in that person’s chat until the chat is deleted.
