Private and shared chats - Temperate

Select Share at the top of the chat, and turn on Share with the space. Colleagues find it under Shared in the sidebar and can write in it. Only you can rename or delete it. Use Copy link to send the address.

Make a chat private

In a new chat, select Private chat at the top right before you send your first message. A chat that has started can’t become private, and a private chat can’t be shared. Use a private chat for anything the space shouldn’t learn. Agents can’t read it either.
