# Mollie

> Look up payments, refunds, customers and settlements, and refund a payment.

## What you can ask

For example:

* Which payments failed this week?
* What was in the last settlement to our bank account?
* Was order 2026-0142 paid?
* Which chargebacks did we get this month?

## What Temperate can do

| Subject | What Temperate can do |

| Payments | See which payments succeeded, failed or are open, and refund one. |
| Refunds | See what was paid back. |
| Customers | Find a customer with their payments. |
| Settlements | See what Mollie paid out to the bank account, and what each settlement held. |

## Connect

Select **Connect** and approve Temperate in Mollie.
