# Exact Online

> Look up the bookkeeping: relations, open items, sales and purchase invoices, VAT, ledger accounts and entries.

## What you can ask

For example:

* What do our debtors still owe us, and what is overdue?
* Which purchase invoices are still to pay this month?
* What was booked on ledger account 4000 this quarter?
* Which sales invoices did we send to De Vries BV this year?
* What was booked on VAT this quarter?

## What Temperate can do

| Subject | What Temperate can do |

| Relations | Find a customer or a supplier with their details. |
| Open items | See what customers still owe and what is still to pay to suppliers, with the due date. |
| Sales invoices | Find sales invoices by customer, date or amount. |
| Ledger | See the ledger accounts and the entries booked on them in a period. |
| Purchase invoices | Find the purchase invoices of a supplier, with their amount and VAT. |
| VAT | See the VAT codes and the VAT booked in a period. |

## Connect

Select **Connect** and approve Temperate in Exact Online.

Choose your **Country**, then the **Administration** Temperate works in. To change it, open the connection's menu and select **Choose again**.
